Please note our candles are handcrafted and will vary in appearance, each piece will have its own unique characteristics.
As each candle is poured to order we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.
Damaged goods
We take extra care when packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely, however on rare occasions stock can arrive damaged due to transit.
Damaged product must be reported to Bien on the day of receipt along with supporting documents. All damages will need to be evaluated by our shipping company and therefore claims made after this period will not be accepted.
