How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Bien candles are all poured to order and require a minimum of 3-5 days to be created, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have finished creating it! If you need your order urgently, please get in touch for special arrangements to be made.

 

Do you ship Australia wide? 

Yes, we do! We ship with Sendle. Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Locker addresses.

Shipping cost and delivery timeframe will depend on the weight of your order and its destination.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, at this stage we are only offering shipping within Australia.

However, please email bien@houseofbien.au if you require international shipping and we will see what we can do!

 

My candles have not arrived, what do I do?

You will be provided with confirmation once your order has shipped, this will include tracking information.

Please email bien@houseofbien.au if you are unable to successfully track your parcel.

 

My candles were received damaged, what do I do? 

We take extra care when packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely, however on rare occasions stock can arrive damaged due to transit.  

Damaged product must be reported to Bien on the day of receipt along with supporting documents attached. All damages will need to be evaluated by our shipping company and therefore claims made after this period will not be accepted.
